The using area temperature of gas-filled dampers in our standard production must be max.+80, min.-20, otherwise the leaking resistance of the materials reduces. The gas-filled dampers should never be drilled or painted. The damper must not replace from its position during the assembling, also it must be bewared of possible sub-loading. It must be ensured that the connection components replaced and screwed in correct position. The damper must not be used in dusty, wet and acidic areas. The dirt and corrosion cause deformation of the felt. For the optimum performance, the tube side of the damper must be assembled in upright position. Also this condition must be applied in the stocking of the dampers as well. The axle surface of the damper works very precisely, so in any case there must not be any crash on the mil surface. |
